| Description: | U.S. Army Colonel Jack Guernsey is a former Delaware National Guard brigade commander and recipient of the Silver Star in Vietnam. An attorney, Col Guernsey is a 1969 graduate of West Point who served for 25 years in the Reserve Forces before retiring in 1999.
