The Army rifleman a light weapons infantryman was stationed at Chu Lal, Quang Tin Province, Vietnam. He died on Nov. 26, 1967, after stepping on a U.S. land mine. The 20-year-old private first class, assigned to Company D of the 95th Military Police Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade, was due to return home from Vietnam in less than a month. Doman attended Thomas Edison High School before enlisting in July 1966. He was survived by his parents, two brothers and four sisters.
