Black April Observance Held April 30

The Black April Commemoration will be held on the Memorial grounds on Saturday, April 30,2022 at 12 p.m. at the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag Monument. The event is being hosted by the RVN Air Force Veterans Association of PA, NJ and DE. The date marks the fall of Saigon in April, 1975 and the end of the Allied cause to free South Vietnam of Communist rule.

The public is cordially invited to attend.
