The Philadelphia Vietnam Veterans Memorial partnered with the Crescenz VA Medical Center and the Philadelphia Veterans Parade to honor POW/MIAs for the national POW/MIA Recognition Day. Local POWs were honored at the Memorial at a special ceremony, which included remarks by City Councilman Mark Squilla.  This is an annual observance held on the third Friday on September.
